CORNELIUS APPLEJACK: Final Thoughts

We take our final look at Cornelius Applejack from Harvest Spirits.  It's definitely the other side of the spectrum from the applejacks that strive to be more whiskey-like.  It takes a lot of unique apple qualities with it to the party which makes it unique.  So here's what we think:

They just kinda fell off the radar.  Busy season and things happen.   Either way no matter what, we think that their Cornelius is a great Applejack that actually tastes like apples.   You can trust us on this one since we straight up bought this.  We always give an honest opinion, but now you know the background.

If you find yourself drawn to clear spirits over darker ones, then this is the true applejack for you.  It goes great in most fizzy cocktails and is also good by itself with seasonal sweets.

You can buy it online on many websites, which Harvest Spirits has a list of here.

That's it for Cornelius, and we're half way through the 2014 Applejack-Off.  Next up (tomorrow) is some supplimental apple related content, followed by the next in-depth feature.  Keep watching.
